Welcome to the Registration Page for the IUMI 2026 Conference in Rotterdam!

Please find the registration fees below. All prices are charged in Euros and include 21% Dutch VAT.
Registration fees do not include travel, transfers, accommodation, optional tours or insurance.

Eligibility to Register
Registration to IUMI 2026 is restricted to employees of insurance companies, associations from IUMI member countries, IPPs, Affiliates and other approved attendee categories. Other persons can only join upon personal invitation of IUMI or the host association. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact your national marine insurance association before registering.

Registration will close on 11 September 2026.

Before you begin
Please note the following before starting your registration:

• Payment must be made by credit or debit card. For bank transfer requests, please contact registration@iumi2026.com
• If you are eligible for a complimentary pass, please have your promotion code ready. You will be prompted to enter this when selecting your registration type
• External speakers eligible for a complimentary registration should contact speakers@iumi2026.com for details on how to register.
• If you require a visa invitation letter, you will need your passport details to complete the request

4-Day Full Conference Pass includes:

• Full access to all conference sessions and the exhibition from 20 to 23 September 2026
• One ticket to the Welcome Reception on 20 September 2026
• One ticket to the Evening of the Host on 23 September 2026
• Coffee breaks and lunches served within the exhibition from 20 to 23 September 2026
• Personalised delegate badge and conference materials

Accompanying Persons

Tickets for social events are available for accompanying persons at the rates below.

Accompanying person tickets are strictly limited to a partner or spouse of the registered attendee and may not be used for work colleagues or professional associates.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be received in writing at registration@iumi2026.com and will incur a €25.00 administration fee.

Please note: IUMI and the Conference Organisers take no responsibility for the travel and accommodation costs of each attendee. It is the responsibility of each individual to take out their own travel insurance.

Cancellation Deadlines

Please note: cancellations due to visa refusals will be refunded according to the policy above. It is your responsibility to allow for enough time for your visa request to be accepted.

Name changes can be made until 1 September 2026 without charge.

Refunds will be credited within 10 working days after the confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.

Transactions

Transactions for this event will be collected and managed by TFI Lodestar Ltd. Your payment will appear on your bank statement as TFI Lodestar Ltd.
