Franco D’Andrea

Franco D’Andrea is a London based lawyer specialising in all aspects of the energy transition. His energy and marine insurance experience includes offshore and onshore renewables, nuclear, natural resources and power generation, across both construction and operational phases.

Franco has handled matters in Central and South America and across Africa, Asia, the Middle East and most of Europe. Franco has recently co-authored industry papers on hydrogen and floating offshore wind and he has been involved in a number of London insurance market wordings committees.
