Veith Huesmann

Veith is IUMI’s Chief Analyst, responsible for data collection and processing at the IUMI secretariat. Being keen about technology, he enjoys combining traditional modelling approaches with modern techniques and leans heavily on LLMs while vibecoding.

After his studies Veith moved to Oslo to work at Gard on product pricing and portfolio management. In addition to his corporate role, Veith supported the growth of a fintech startup over several years, helping it establish itself as a notable player in the MGA space. Before joining IUMI, Veith was the pricing actuary responsible for the DACH region at Allianz Trade.

Veith is now secretary to the Facts and Figures Committee and the Data and Digitalization Forum.
