Hotel rooms are available at the Postillion Hotel & Convention Centre WTC Rotterdam, which is directly connected to the IUMI 2026 Congress Centre. This modern 4-star hotel offers comfortable, contemporary rooms and excellent facilities, providing delegates with the convenience of staying right at the venue.

Rotterdam also offers a wide range of alternative accommodation options within walking distance of the venue. We have partnered with our official travel provider, Expohotels, to offer a selection of convenient and competitively priced hotels, all of which can be viewed and booked via the accommodation portal.

We strongly recommend booking early, as September is a busy month in Rotterdam and availability may become limited.

Please note that IUMI and the Host are not responsible for travel arrangements, travel insurance, or accommodation costs for attendees. We also advise caution against unauthorised third-party agencies claiming to offer accommodation or travel services for the conference.
