Çiğdem Temelli

An insurance professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in marine and cargo insurance, underwriting, reinsurance, risk management, and product development. She began her career in 2003 as a Risk Management Specialist at Anadolu Insurance Company and progressed through various roles in marine insurance, becoming Marine Manager in 2021.

She holds an MBA and has completed an Executive Education Program in 2018. She has contributed to the insurance sector through professional and academic initiatives, including teaching marine and cargo insurance and serving on the Cargo Committee of the Insurance Association of Türkiye.

She joined Türk P&I in May 2025 as Technical Group Manager. In her current role, she oversees underwriting strategy and pricing, leads technical functions covering underwriting and reinsurance, and drives the development and implementation of new insurance products. Her experience encompasses marine insurance, underwriting, risk management, reinsurance, and portfolio management, combining technical expertise with extensive industry knowledge and leadership experience.
