Set in the heart of the city, the Welcome Reception will offer an evening of exceptional food, drinks and networking in a vibrant and elegant setting. The evening will include a special performance by the world-famous Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra in their iconic concert hall, providing a memorable start to IUMI 2026.

One of the highlights of the week, the Evening of the Host will take place at the spectacular Cruise Terminal Rotterdam.
The evening will begin with a scenic cruise along the River Maas aboard the famous Spido boats, offering unique views of Rotterdam’s skyline and maritime landscape. Guests will then enjoy a seated dinner overlooking the river and the illuminated Erasmus Bridge, before the celebrations continue with live entertainment and dancing late into the evening.
